The Commodore Ballroom

Opened on December 3, 1930, the Commodore Ballroom on Granville Street in Vancouver is one of North America's most iconic Art Deco live music venues. Built by George Conrad Reifel and designed by architect H.H. Gillingham, it is famous for its unique horsehair-lined sprung dance floor.
